The South Korean government has resumed its Anti North Korean broadcast via loud speakers, following the Hydrogen bomb test  which the
North carried out on Wednesday. The resumption of the broadcast is just the first step in the much more anticipated repercussions that the North would face. However the North has responded by carrying out its own broadcast against the south. The north has viewed the resumption of the broadcast by the South as an act of war.
